Description of works
Kier appointed Mossford Construction to undertake the external and internal refurbishment of Britannia Village Health Centre.

External works
Installation of new CCTV system, block paving works and new front entrance Automatic opening system.

Internal works
Complete strip out, new plasterboard stud partitions and suspended ceilings. Install new stainless steel ironmongery, sanitary ware, furniture to clinical rooms i.e. cupboards, drawers, cabinets, worktops, shelving. DocM washroom.

M&E
Installation of new central heating, new hot & cold water supplies, design and installation of ducted extract ventilation system, automatic door system, fire alarm and detection , installation of panic alarm system, air-con, fresh air supply, heat recovery units, security alarm, staff attack system, 3 phase electrical distribution system, air curtain, flood wiring for data and voice, provision of server and patch panel, extensive electrical alterations.
