Description of works
Strip out of existing old theatre that was being used as a store room including the demolition of some internal block walls, suspended ceiling and flooring.

Installation of steel frame designed to support the new theatre equipment.

Installation of new acoustic stud partitions and Casoline ceiling including setting out and creating significant number of openings for equipment and services.

Installation of new hygienic clad doorsets, tiling, flooring, clean utility cabinetry, flooring and decorations.
