Working as a subcontractor to Sir Robert McAlpine, we picked up this project after groundworks, steel frame and roof coverings had been completed by others. We carried out installation of secondary steel to the external facade to support the cladding, aluminium soffit and facia, door and windows, internal fit out of dry lining and doors, IPS panels, flooring and decorations.

The separate substation works included masonry, timber roof construction with tiles, Sunray louvres and doors and GRP grating.

Description of works
Single storey cafe, kitchen, WC's and office space ready for final fit out by tenant.
