Description of works
A single storey tall extension to the school hall and an extensive list of internal refurbishment with a tight programme to be ready for the new school year.

The extension was a steel frame with Metsec infill panels, clad with Trespa. The roof was covered with Resitrix single ply membrane and parapets with aluminium capping and rainwater goods.

Internally, the existing schoolrequired refurbishment including new flooring, demountable ceilings, new WC's with IPS panels and complete redecoration of the corridor areas.

We also built a small retaining wall adjacent to the extension and formed a lift shaft.
